Công việc cụ thể của tổ chức sự kiện​

Ngoài việc lên ý tưởng, kịch bản chương trình hay danh sách các vật dụng, thiết bị cần thiết cho một sự kiện như tổ chức lễ khai trương, khánh thành, lễ động thổ, tiệc Tất niên,… Bên cạnh đó ta còn phải liên hệ và tạo mối quan hệ với khách hàng. ​

Để vẽ và hình thành nên một bức tranh toàn cảnh đã là việc không hề dễ dàng vậy mà ta phải mắc xích và nối ghép từng chi tiết trong bức trang đó lại với nhau. ​

Nhưng nhìn chung tổ chức sự kiện cũng có vài công việc cụ thể như sau:​

a.   Lắng nghe, trao đổi và ghi nhận yêu cầu cũng như thông tin của khách hàng.​

b.   Nghiên cứu thị trường, thương hiệu, thông điệp cũng như xác định đổi tượng mục tiêu đã đề ra.​

c.   Lên kế hoạch chi tiết, cụ thể về các công việc cần phải làm sau đó tính toán và dự trù kinh phí​

d.   Lên kế hoạch truyền thông có sự kiện và lập danh sách liên hệ khách mời, ca sĩ, nhóm nhảy, MC,…​

e.   Xin giấy phép​

f.    Soạn thảo hợp đồng​

g.   Theo dõi, giám sát, quản lý công việc để nắm rõ quá trình trước và trong sự kiện để nhanh chóng và kịp thời giải quyết các tình huống rủi ro.​

h.   Cuối cùn, khi một sự kiện kết thúc ta phải quan sát, nhận xét và đánh giá  một chương trình​
