Job Title: Marketing executive

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Marketing executive will be working in HCM office in close cooperation with sales/account team and production team and directly report to Managing Director and our creative directors within print, web and broadcast media.
It’s her/his job to step by step build up Company brand name in both local market and international market by effective marketing strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Main tasks:
Marketing part:
- Identify; develop marketing strategies, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
- Write content with business style: Technical blogs, Newsletters, Forum seeding, content for social media channels such as Fan Page, Twitter, G+, etc.
- Manage and develop social media channels: Facebook Page, Twitter, G+, etc.
- Market research, competitor analysis
- Develop brand awareness and brand's differentiation.
- Continuous review and active management of website and other online assets
- Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
- Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services.
- Provide management reports on the customer needs, problems, market situation, competitive activities
Account management:
- Seek and initiate new business opportunities for the company, in line with TCC competence.
- Approach clients to collect their requirements.
- Brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas into the proposal.
- Prepare proposal and do presentation to clients.
- Develops and maintain client contacts and relationships; expands these contacts into prospects and prospects into customers.
- Utilizes market knowledge and activity to develop and maintain accounts.
- Supporting on-going daily client’s requests and reporting to MD/ Creative directors and internal production team.
- Making actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, services and enhancements.
- Conduct business review with clients to seek feedback for better planning and servicing.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- At least 03-year experience at the similar position in advertising, especially strong skills in online marketing, branding, social media marketing and copy-writing
- Abilities and aptitude in sales, business development, customer interaction and relationship
- Good deep knowledge of brand, marketing, strategy, and concept
- Effective negotiation skills and selling skills.
- Able to comprehend and communicate in English.
- Fluent in using internet, researching & working on the internet.
- Be able to make plan, organize, and manage project
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of a reputable University (Prefer Marketing/ Advertising/ Business)
PERSONALITIES
- Male/Female with good looking and professional style.
- Must be self-motivated and continually strive to improve.
- Dynamic and proactive.
- High motivation to achieve results & targets.
- Good at analyzing client requirements and translating them to production team.
- Conversant in spoken and written English.
- Proven proficiencies in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
