- The position is responsible for business development activities for HR outsourcing of NIC’s clients
- Work with BOM in formulating business development strategies, procedures, execution and evaluation.
- In the role of BDM, the post holder will be responsible for cooperating with Marketing/PR Department to initiate and apply corporate BD and Marketing events/activities. Besides, the post holder has to build network with new clients; to maintain strong relationship with current clients and to explore new opportunities in growing NIC’s business for all lines of services in Northern Market.
- Carry out research of targeted industries about its characteristics, and their requirements of HR outsourcing service. Identify opportunities for NIC’s client to provide better services.
- Doing market research in HR Outsourcing industry for identifying potential customers.
-Meeting with potential customers to introduce HR out sourcing services, building and developing close relationship with customers.
- Responsible for bidding activities, preparing marketing and business development tools.

- Strong skills and ability to gather data and requirements for customer service, analyzing the requirements for developing HR service proposal.
- Strong writing skills, utilizing analytical and logical thinking together with a service mindset in writing service proposal.
- Ability to work independently, showing initiatives and drive for results.
